Got what we wanted!!!

12/19/10 Lunch 2:25 pm with 5:00 pm Biergarten reservation

We have never eaten at the Biergarten (sister's choice). I hope the food is good!

2) Got through at about the 40 minute mark of holding, was off the phone by 6:45am

3) Got what we wanted, 12/13 6:45p CP eating at Teppan Edo.

Have never eaten there, last year it was a Tier III location for $59.99/$15.99. This year it is $61.99/$16.99. So not much different. Hope it's worth it, I see fillet flying across that hibachi grill

We had 3 of us with 4 phone lines, only I got thru & right at 7AM, it said 4 minute wait but I held for 30 minutes!

Good News!! Then I got exactly what I wanted!! THANK-you God!!!

Le Cellier at 5:25PM on Dec. 12th!!

Now, I'm going back to bed!!

Don't give up!!!
I called at 6 my time on my cell phone and got through. Waited about 12 minutes to talk to a CM. Total call lasted 37 minutes!

At the same time I was on hold I tried to call with house phone(because of my last phone call to Disney), but it wouldn't go through...it was making me crazy, because when I was trying to modify my room reservations last Monday, I only called on my cell phone. I got through and was on hold and it said "wait time, 30 minutes"...well, at about 25 minutes the call failed! So I redialed and waited again on my cell phone...this time over 30 minutes and it failed again!!! So I called on house phone and waited so long my mom had to come over to my house and finish the call because I had to go to work! She finally got through! Thank goodness, because the battery almost died in the house phone!! These phone calls stress me out!!

43 minutes on hold but got LeCellier for 12/1 8:15 show. CM said narrators not know yet for all dates the week of 11/28

Time to get ready for work! Atleast now I don't have to go to work on my pj's with the phone attached to my ear.

I'm going to have to stop this insanity anytime now because I have to get DS to camp and me to work.

I cannot figure out a way to do my hair with a headset on and for the first time ever I'm a little annoyed at myself for my unwillingness to have a speakerphone! Still staying positive but verging on disbelief at this point that I cannot get through...

I've been on hold for 40 mins, and the message I got said the wait was "over 30 mins", but no big deal. I am not suprised by this at all, but hopefully they have what I am looking for once I get through.

Finally got through at 7:51. I got a message saying, "Your call will be answered within ...." then there was a about two sentences in Spanish.

I know I will be on hold for a while but not telling the estimate in English don't make it seem any shorter
