Candlelight Processional Dinner - Watching & Waiting

Morning everyone! Here we are again. I woke this morning and thought maybe someone that didn't know about their trip "sometime in July", or understand about advanced ADR's will find their way to this package and receive a blessing. Maybe someone will pick it up because it's a key timeframe for their Epcot day. It's possible they've never heard or read about the birth of Jesus Christ.

Exactly! You never know how God will work! And this is exactly the reason we have to be gracious to the CMs when we call, even if they don't have any info to tell us. You could be the only little bit of Jesus someone ever sees or hears from, so we must always represent Him well.

I spoke with CM Rita, and said that the Candlelight Processional is yet again not released. But to keep trying every day it should be very very soon.

Yup, we are in the same waiting boat.

Well it seems like they are on track with last year, the list was out August 5th, but you couldn't reserve the Dining Package until August 29th, sooooo we could have a bit of a wait still! Will go on checking every A.M. though with

I think it is killing us because las year ADRs were 90 days so we didn't have to wait. I didn't even have my Dec trip booked till late Aug of last year so I really didn't wait. Booking a year in advance is killing me

I can sympathize with all the anticipation. My DD is singing in the CP with her HS choir on 12/28 and it is killing me to not have this date booked yet. I am so worried I will miss the day it opens as we are heading to the world on Wed and I will have trouble getting in to see her.

Just curious, but how many people are holding dinner reservations they plan to cancel once they get their CP package?

We're staying at the Boardwalk Inn and they haven't had availability at either BW restaurant in December on any date that we're there. I keep checking - what do you think? Do I have a chance of eating at either or should I just book something somewhere else?

I am not holding any dinner reservations on the night I hope to get our CPP. I do have both Flying Fish and Yachtsman ADRs for 2 other nights of our stay. I booked them with no problem as soon as I was elegible, using the glitch that was in the online system back then.

from what I have heard lots of people are holding ressies for the night they want the CLP, including me. If I can't get dinner at Le Cellier for CLP then I will try for a lunch elsewhere and keep my dinner, but if I do get dinner then I will cancel it

Same here. I know I will have to cancel one ressie once I get the package booked, I'm just not sure which one. We have a Biergarten lunch and a Chefs de France lunch and it will most likely be one of those unless something kooky happens...
