I've posted this thread before with no response, so I'm trying again.

I'm getting close to my 180 day mark and planning out all my ADR's on the DDP. I was planning already to book dinner at LeCellier using a Table Service credit. Then I found out, that while we are there, (the week following Thanksgiving) the candlelight processional will be in full swing at Epcot. :santa: I have read that if you book the dinner package, you also receive priority seating at the show. What I want to know is, if I was using a table service credit anyway to eat at LeCellier, am I just receiving the priority seating as a perk? Does the Candlelight Processional Dinner Package take just one table service credit per person or is there an additional cost? The restaurants are listed with priority seating levels dependant on the restaurant you choose (LeCellier is level 3 seating?). Wouldn't any of these TS restaurants cost me the same 1 credit though?

Also, is it a fixed preplated meal for the dinner pakage or are you able to order any appetizer, entree and dessert as the DDP usually indicates? This is all so confusing to a WDW newbie!

HERE is a link to CP info from last year.

Yes, the CP is on the dining plan and all restaurants are 1 TS credit. Yes, you get an appetizer, entree and dessert included.

Everyone at every participating restaurants gets in the same line for CP and the seats are first come first served. There are no levels of seating based on where you eat.

You just pick your restaurant and get a ticket to enter the show and sit in the package section. At 15 minutes before the show, they'll open everything up to the general public.

You have to wait to book the package until the CP packages are released which was mid-August last year. If you make a regular ADR now, it cannot be converted to a package ADR.

This is complicated and since I have never done the dining plan and probably will not as I have the DDE, I am not sure how this would be handled..

You might try posting this on the Dining plan board or I can move it there for you, if you would like.

I have done the Candlelight processional dinner and we loved it, for the life of me, I cannot remember if we had a selected menu or not.. I do remember having a special line for those on the dinner plan and seating was wonderful.

Maybe someone else with better memory can help you here...I knew someone else would step up and help you... thanks beattyfamily!!!

We did the Le Cellier CP this past December and were able to choose any appetizer, entree and dessert off of the regular menu. If fact, when we went in April, I ordered the same app/entree as I did in December! I think they set aside a certain # of packages for each restaurant, so make sure you call as soon as they announce the CP. Good luck!

We used the DDP for the CP package at Alfredo's last year, and it was just one table service credit. It was definitely worth doing.

You may have to wait until they officially annouce the dinner packages are on sale to do it (if they haven't done so already).

This is exactly the kind of info I was looking for! :thumbsup2 I had no idea that I would have to wait for the CP packages to be announced (I suppose that's why I can't find any 2007 dates yet!). I am going to book a ressie for LeCellier on my 180 mark, and if after the CP dates are announced, I can book a dinner package, I'll just cancel my other reservation. Thanks all of you! I so appreciate it! :woohoo:
