Candlelight Processional Dinner refund?

We are leaving for DisneyWorld in 2 weeks. My parents were going to come w/ us but my mom is now on Kidney Dialysis and can't go. I pre paid for our meal, will they give me a problem w/ a refund for my parents?

I'm pretty sure you have a 48 hour cancelation policy on the CP. Can anyone confirm this?

Thank you. We are very sad that my parents won't be able to make it. We have been planning this trip for 2 years. She has been in the hospital for almost 2 months w/ Pneomonia and her kidney's shut down (she is also diabetic) She actually gained almost 40 lbs of water weight b/c it would just not leave her system. But she has had 2 days worth of Dialysis so far and feels much better. We haven't told out kids yet that Gram isn't coming w/ us. I will call Disney in the morning, thanks again!

So sorry about your Mom. We are also leaving in 2 weeks and are taking my Mom who hasn't been in 20 years. So, I know how disappointed you must be not to be able to take your parents. I'm sure your Mom will want you all to still have a great time. It should be a wonderful time of year to go. We've only ever been there in the spring/summer, so we're really looking forward to the Holiday happenings. So, best wishes to you and your family. Sending prayers and pixie dust your way.

they most certainly will refund the money to you.

of course since you are more than 48 hours in advance, they will refund it. but they also will make exceptions. when we went in may, we came with my brother and his girlfriend. we were doing the luau, and had prepaid our reservations

the morning of the day we were to go to the luau, my brother became very sick. I called disney dining and explained how we were not able to go to the luau, and how much we were going to miss seeing it.

they were very understanding and were able to refund to us the money we had spent.

give disney dining a call and explain it to them. they'll refund it to you.

sorry to hear about your mom though.
