Candlelight Processional Dinner Pkgs - Where and with Dining Plan?

I can't find any info on dinner pkgs for the Candlelight Processional.

Does anyone know which restaurants have the package. Also we are on the dining plan so is there an additional charge?

Lastly, does anyone know what time the processional started and when it ends? Is there still the Illuminations then too?

I thought I had looked and searched everywhere and finally posted on here.

So it looks like I can do the advanced seating with the dining plan for 1TS. I hope they don't change it for 2008.
