Candlelight Processional Dinner Pkg question

If I choose to eat at Chefs de France or Coral Reef with the Candlelight Processional dining package, can I order off the entire menu, or must I use the prix-fixe menu.

The Disney CM on their web site said I had to use the prix fixe, but I have read other posts saying you can order off the entire menu. So now I am not sure!!

In the past you could order 1 appetizer, one entree, and one dessert anywhere on the menu plus a non alcoholic drink unless they have changed it this year.

We did this last year at Chefs de France for lunch. If I remember correctly, it was prix-fixe, but there were several options to choose from for each course.
