We were able to get reservation for dining package on 12/17 for four. Today the other couple dropped out and there is nothing available for two. Suggestions on what to do would be helpful. Thank you.

Try and contact Disney customer service via phone so they can adjust the current reservation. If unable to reach them, don’t worry, just let them know it’s only two guests at the restaurant’s check in desk.

Just chat them in the app and ask them to change it to 2.

Unlike a regular ADR, you can't modify a CP dining package reservation. You have to call or chat with Disney to do anything other than cancel it.
