Candlelight Processional and DXDP

I am an anal planner and doing my planning for our end of nov/early Dec trip. I am hoping to be able to go to Le Cellier as part of the Candlelight Processional dinner package but I know it is up in the air if it will be offered given it's upgrade to signature status. Historically, when is the information on the Candlelight Processional posted and if we cannot book it as part of the package what would be your next choice of restaurant (trying to get the most out of our DXDP)? We did Coral Reef the last time we booked the Candlelight Processional and really did not care for it. Also, if we cannot do Le Cellier is it worth going back to Epcot just to eat there?

If I remember correctly the CP dining could be booked starting late August last year.
