I just made an ADR for CP and printed the confirmation for 12/24.
Dates were also showing for 12/21 but only 2 restaurants--- Teppon Edo
and San Angelo! This may be a fluke since I hadn't read or heard
Anything other than maybe July 7th.... But I have mine now, I hope.

As I recall, something similar happened last year. Some of us got reservations early, then it closed again. They did honor our ADR, though.

If I hadn't been able to just do it myself, I wouldn't have believed you. I booked Christmas Eve at Biergarten!

The same thing did happen last year. I was able to book on July 2nd and then booking closed until July 9th. Can't remember how long the window was open, though.

If you're having difficulty pulling availability, try this. Select Make Dining Reservations from the Main Menu. Then, choose "Dining Events" under Dining Experience. Enter your date and select lunch or dinner and party size. Search should then pull any Candlelight availability. Not all restaurants are showing availability, according to what other posters have said. However, yours might be there.

I was able to book Biergarten on Christmas Eve by doing the above. Any other way gave me a bad link.

I most definitely just booked Teppan Edo Candlelight for the 12th. My preference is Chefs, but I feel good knowing I'm "in" at the very least.

Oh ye of little faith!!!! Seeing is believing and it appears that several people have been able to book at several restaurants. I guess this is a case of the early bird getting the worm, but don't think Disney will leave this on line for very long if they haven't made any announcements.

I didn't catch the worm. Only showing regular reservations. Re-booked CR to see. Called Disney afterwards to confirm, CM stated regular reservation & packages not yet available. Oh well, ill keep trying & surfing.

Just booked for Via Napoli on 12/8 at 12:45pm! Woo hoo!

I just kept refreshing the available dining list throughout the past hour or so. It would come up with Tokyo Dining and Nine Dragons, and sometimes nothing would show. I checked one last time before heading to bed, and Via Napoli came up! Whoop! Whoop!

I just hung up from disneydining and the CM was not able to bring up any CP packages yet. She said she worked the line until 11pm last night and nothing came up on her shift either when she was asked.
Must have been a magic window now closed to us mere mortals

Just read this thread and quickly called to book the package. No can do as it had not opened up according to this CM. Will keep trying!!!!!

A question- how fast do these sell out once they are officially announced? I'm looking for garden grill for 6 people at 4pm on November 30th... Wondering if I need to set an alarm like when I made my regular adrs...

is showing up as CP...no other restaurants showing availability!
