Tickets usually go on sale around the first of July. Thespeakers are announced usually in late August. You will be issued a new dinner reservation cofirmation since you have to eat before the show and your dinner reservation for the 8:15 show will be at 5-5:30 at the latest. Earlier shows will have you eating in the afternoon.

The CM i spoke to yesterday while making ADRs told me they were finalizing speakers now and would release packages in mid-late June.
You can not convert ADR to CP package. I made an ADR for night I wanted in case I couldn't get the CP I wanted. If I get CP, I will cancel ADR.

When I called this morning to make all of my ADR's the only times available at Le Cellier were at 4:30pm & 8:30pm. When I asked why such limited times, was told that other times were being held for CP dinner packages. She recommended that I make an ADR and then when the packages open up, to just book a package, then cancel the adr. She also said she had heard the 15th of this month as far as the packages opening up, but that it was nothing official.

I'm going to be making an ADR for 18 people in December Not all of them are going to want the CP package. I'm guessing about 6-8 will end up with the CP package.

Should I make and ADR for 18 now and when the CP packages come out, book an 8 person CP package and drop the original ADR to 10?

OR - Should I book 2 adr's now - one for 8 and one for 10? Then switch out the 8 person for the CP package later?

We're going to Biergarten - so I'm not sure how easily they can alter the numbers in a group like that.

You've read my mind. My ADR window is June 9 and I will be making a reservation for the CP when bookings open up. Last year reservations for CP began July 2.
