When do the Holiday Candlelight Processionals typically begin in Epcot.

And, it is very easy to tell just from looking at the calendars.
On every night that offers the Candlelight Processional, the IllumiNations start-time is moved to 9:30PM.
Look for the 9:30PM IllumiNations start-time on the calendar in Nov. and Dec., and you'll know the the CP is performing that night.
