Use the Illumalids--they work awesome!!

And I think Sparkling Angel is White Christmas's faternal twin!!! Both are somewhat floral but piney too. I LOVED White Christmas and I love Sparkling Angel.

At Bed, Bath & Beyond today the entire collection of YC Pumpkin Pie candles were marked down 25%. This must have just started because I was in Thursday and they weren't on sale yet.

I was so surprised to see Holiday Home Sweet Home...I did not like them messing with this classic smell by adding pine .

They have the old favorite Home Sweet Home still also....one of my all time favorites. It is in my rotation now...along with Spiced Pumpkin and Rhubarb Plum.

Anybody have this problem with the large YC housewarmer jars?

Lately I have been having issues that they are really burning uneven.....a wall of wax on one side, does anyone know how to make this not happen?

I have in the past. Not lately though. Supposedly you can take them back when they do that. I just take the leftover wax out of the jar (same as I do with any left at the bottoms) and melt it in a tart burner.

I totally second the recommendation of the Illumalids (or an off-brand lid--they work just as well!) Since I started using them, my candles have burned down perfectly evenly without fail. I even use them on candles they don't fit exactly and it helps with them, too, but the end result isn't as perfect as with jar candles with "normal"-sized openings (B&BW's fall into that category, as do YC jars).

I'm not sure how much Illumalids are, but Michael's has something similar for around $6, and they frequently put them on sale and/or clearance, if they're a seasonal design. I got a boatload of 'em for about $2 apiece last summer.
