Can you make reservations for the candlelight processional dining package online? i really dont want to get stuck waiting on the phone for 30 min or more tomorrow morning....thanks!

In the past, no. It could only be done by phone. As for what they will do this year, there's been no announcement that I know of about booking online. You could try online after 6 AM eastern and if that doesn't work, call at 7.
