cancelling ??

Hi ,
a friend of mine currently has a reservation onsite for July....

she asked me if she could cancel her reservation online... is this possible?

I assume she has her confirmation # at time of reservation ..

I have no answer for her .. does anyone here know ?

According to the Official Disney Website "If you wish to cancel a confirmed reservation for which you have already applied payment, you must call our Disney Reservation Agents at (407)939-6244."

Yep, while you can book and pay in increments online... you are still unable to cancel without calling into the Travel Centre. They normally ask the reason for the cancel, but are very polite about it!
