Cancelling Swan Reservation

When you agreed to the prepaid reservation (at a cheaper rate), you agreed to their terms - which is non-refundable, no changes, it's pretty simply stated in their terms and conditions. It's not fraud on their end, but if you cancel your credit card with the intent of trying to get of your payment obligation - that is fraud. Even though COVID numbers are growing, Disney is still operation and it would be your own choice to cancel and owe the full amount.
