Cancelling portion of SWA flights?

If I have tickets for four peole to fly to MCO and one of them decides not to go, can I cancel just one ticket and get a credit? or do I have to take them all or cancel them all.

If they are all under the same confirmation number call Southwest. Ask them to SPLIT that person from the record. This person should then have their own confirmation number. You can then cancel their flight and get credit. I have done this before.
