Cancelling Package reservation

We were supposed to be traveling to WDW 8/20-8/27 staying at AoA. Our package is paid in full, but due to our son's high school orientation and other stuff that was just announced, we may have to cancel.

Are we out all that money or do we get it back?

I believe that since you have more than 45 days until check in, you will get a full refund (less any amount paid for trip insurance).

If you at the 45 days mark or before cancel it so you get you full amount back minus if you brought the insurance. They can apply it to another time if want to do that. Good luck

As the pp's said, as long as you cancel 45 days or more prior to arrival, you will get a full refund minus the cost of insurance if that was purchased.
