Cancelling HoJo Kids Suite in September

Hey HoJo Fans!

I am getting ready to cancel the HoJo Kids Suite that I have had booked for months. The dates are September 12-18th. I have been waiting for the Entertainment Rate, but it hasn't come through yet and I am ready to finalize my plans at a more affordable hotel.

Oh well -- if someone wants to try to book the room after I cancel, just let me know and I will try to coordinate the cancellation time with your booking time.

That is really nice of you! You know you don't have to cancel the suite until 48 hrs prior to arrival right? I would hate for you to cancel and then have the entertainment rates show up still (they do add dates at the last minute sometimes). I understand wanting to have your plans finalized though! I am still holding out hope that they will add some ent rates for our dates in September!

I'd wait as well, nothin' wrong with having reservations at 2 *or more* places. Just cancel what you don't want far enough in advance that you won't be penalized ~ HoJo has a 48 hour policy *that's often when the ent rate pops up last minute* some place have a same day cancellation policy

I know that I don't have to cancel -- yet.

I have another reservation at the Desert Inn, and I would much prefer the HoJo (although the shorter walk to the Desert Inn will be nice).

Really, I feel selfish holding onto the HoJo reservation. They seem to be VERY booked for that week, and I would hate to stop someone else from having the reservation.

So... I have decided to hold onto my Kids Suite for another week or two. If anybody on here could use it, just PM me and I will finalize the cancellation -- otherwise I will just keep my fingers crossed and hope for the Ent. Rate!

If you cancel last minute someone could grab it last minute ~ July 2009 I called on a Monday for the following 2 nights ~ I was able to get the $59 rate for both nights.
