cancelling bog res question

I need to cancel a BOG res, and when I try to do it on the web site it says that I can't cancel it online. I have cancelled other res with a credit card hold online, so I am a bit confused. Is this a hiccup with the site or am I going to have to call to cancel?

I'm having the same problem with a Mama Melrose's ADR. I talked to a cast member today. They said it is a bug with the web site, and they are working on fixing it. For now, you'd have to call to cancel it.

Thanks! I was hoping that was it. I think I will try to cancel online again in the next couple of days (it isn't for a couple of months).
