Cancelling ADRs online?

Is anyone else having trouble cancelling ADRs online? I've been trying to cancel a couple ADRS for a week now and I keep getting the message that I cannot cancel the dining event online. I live in Europe so was trying to avoid calling.

Thanks! I managed to cancel a couple today finally but it won't let me cancel Ohana or Boma. So weird!
