Cancelling ADR

Has anyone else had problems cancelling ADR's online?

If the ADR is for a restaurant with a CC hold (CRT, Cali Grill), you need to call in and cancel. All others can be done online.

I didnt need a credit card hold but for some reason its not retrieving my reservations.
