cancelling a reservation

Unfortunately, I had to cancel a reservation last week. Does anyone know how long it takes to receive a refund of the deposit? FYI, it was a hotel only reservation.

I'm sorry you had to cancel. The time frame to see the refund depends on your bank and how quickly they process it. Disney puts refunds through right away and I have had refunds show up within 2-3 days, but they tell you it could take up to 2 billings cycles.

Disney says it can take up to 2 billing cycles to show on your account. Most refunds show within 7-10 business days, but it can take longer.
