Cancelling a reservation with Dreams Unlimited...

I emailed the address provided in the confirmation email, but haven't heard anything back from them.
It's been over a week; I just want to make sure they don't charge me 1 days stay.....

You can check your reservation on the DU site and see if it is still active or has been canceled. If it is still active, email your agent again. Was your deposit refunded to your credit card?

it's a room only rez, and when I try to check on their site I says I can't be found.
I requested an email with my username and password just to be safe, but never rcv'd anything

If it was only a quote request and if you never gave them a credit card number, then you don't have anything to worry about. If DU did not send you an actual reservation confirmation #, then you don't have a reservation. I've booked with them three times and I always received a confirmed reservation number to make payments and to make requests. It sounds like you may have just been given a quote.

Ooooh, and they don't assign a DU agent to you, I see. The other thing you can do is call the hotel directly to check and make sure the reservation is canceled. I think that would be the best.
