Cancelling a reservation that had points transferred?

Hi, I have been unable to reach out to MS so far... I am thinking on cancelling a reservation for a September Trip, but it was made with points transferred from another contract that I have (different resort and UY)

Does anyone know please what happens with the transferred points?

They simply go back into your account and will have the same rules as always.

Obviously, you won’t see them!

Yep...i have 46. Transferred from my Aug UY to June UY and then banked. They are goners. Had booked May and then June trips with them....June 10-13 at HHI was last resie and they opening June 15.

So.. the call with MS is needed for a new booking with those.. right? Use year remains?

Correct. And good luck because I just called 45 times and got busy signal every time.
