Cancelling a Cruise

Hi Y'All,
I know when you cancel a cruise, they refund the deposit to the card it was put on. My wallet was stolen and I had to get all new cards. How would this work? Would they put it on a new card if I supplied the info?

When you get a replacement credit or debit card, any refund that would have gone to the original card will be routed to the replacement card. It happens automatically. It might cause a slight delay, but it's nothing to worry about. Although it's a different card, it's the same actual account. You will get the money back.

Thanks! I am now only concerned about the original $250 OBD. I think I put that on a Discover that my husband since closed.

I think in that case they would send you a check, but if you can call them and ask I would!

i had a deposit charged on a card i later closed out. i explained this to Disney. they said they would issue a credit to the CC company. if the CC company accepted it, they would then issue me a credit. if the CC company did not accept it, it would go back to Disney who would send a check to me. Disney sent the credit to Chase. and it then showed up on my old account even though it was closed. i requested a refund and received it in a week
