Cancelled package - when will it show as cancelled?

I called last night and cancelled our package for our original check in date of this Sunday. When will it showed cancelled on my reservation? When I log into the Disney app it doesn't show anything that indicates cancelled. No email to confirm cancel. Nothing. The girl assured me that she cancelled it - but I am worried that she missed a step...

Try the website and trying logging out and logging in again. It should disappear from your MDE account. If you can still see it on the website, I would call in, again.

Thank you! I called back and they said that because of the hurricane they are filling out requests to cancel on paper so we don't get charged penalties. So your reservation will still look like an active reservation in the system until they cancel them one by one. They assured me that they put in a request for mine.

Out of curiosity, does one have to cancel all their ADRs as well or do they automatically get canceled with the reservation?

You have to cancel your dining reservations.

Yes, I had to cancel my own dining. The CM offered to transfer me to do it but I was tired of being on the phone so I did it on the app. And was then super sad. I worked hard for those, lol.
