Hit 1 for English then 1 again for flights only. If you then hear a "we're sorry" voice hang up as they cut you off.
Keep trying. Once you don't hear the we're sorry voice you're in the queue and should get through fairly quickly. I tried 3 times in 10 minutes and got through on my third try. I had 2 bookings cancelled and once being connected it was all dealt with in under a few minutes. No hard sell trying to get me to take vouchers. She just did a straight refund of both. I got 2 emails come through straight away confirming the refunds. I think she said it might take up to 7 days to process.
