Cancelled cruise credits

Does anyone know how long the 25% cruise credit is good for? I also have another reservation with a 10% on board booking from a cruise in March 2019. Does anyone know how long that is good for? Thanks. I have been on hold for hours to get these answers.

The 25% extra is good thru September, 2022. The placeholder will expire after 2 years.

I'm assuming your 10% OBB is already attached to a cruise? If so then you can still move that out to a cruise that sails on or before September 30 2022. The 25% FCC also expires Sept 30 2022.

Have there been any lengthy Mediterranean cruises since COVID? Our 11-day was cancelled in July 2021 and although we have a 12-day booked for July 2022 ... I'm doubtful.

No. The only Europe sailings to take place in 2021 were short, UK only staycation cruises.
