Cancelled CRT but card not refunded

Hello! Hoping someone can help. I cancelled our CRT res for next week 2 days ago and still haven't been refunded. What gives?! Does anyone know what to do or has experienced this? TIA

If you only cancelled two days ago it will be awhile yet. I usually see credits back in around 10 days. Sometimes shorter, occasionally longer, like 2 1/4 weeks or so.

They tell you Disney CC credits can appear up to 2 billing cycles later, but I've never had it be that long.

Overall, I think dining credits show up faster than resort credits. Hope you see it soon!

not sure if the credit would go through the same way but last year I booked CRT at 180 days and paid in full. We later got FD and when we ate at CRT I told them I wanted to use our DDP credits and to refund my credit card. The refund was there before we went home, I think it was 3-4 days later.
