Cancelled BBY code at POLY Concierge

We had a change of plans so I had to cancel our room at the poly conceigre .We had the room from june 11 to june 20 at rate of 340 nt. Hope someone here can use this info.

I was hoping you were going to say for the nights of Apr 10 - 13. We're staying at the Poly, AP rate, garden view, and would love to be able to upgrade to concierge - still no luck after calling today.
