Cancelled ADR's -- keep the info?

I keep changing my mind for our ADR's and cancel some ADRs and then schedule new ones. Do I need to keep track of what's been cancelled (including the dates I cancelled) in case of trouble when we get there?

I have had one CM go through our ADRs and so far things seem fine....I don't want to be accused of missing an ADR that we did cancel....suggestions?

I just kept track of the cancellations that had CC's attached. They gave conformation #'s

Edited to add: I have found that many of my ADR's are not immediately showing up under the name search cause they have mispelled my name ARGH!!!
All under the telephone # but they seem to do quick searches under my name

I think I have changed every day's adr at least twice now..lol

I'm glad I'm not the only one continually changing my mind LOL

I found that they had misspelled my name too

I tend to keep the information on a spreadsheet and change the color of the text when I cancel along with what I did in it's place, when and who I spoke to. I like to keep things very organized.
