Cancellations

Hi Everyone -

I have a question about cancellations. When someone cancels a reservation does that time slot immediately show up on the dining reservations program or are the cancellations released at a particular time of day?

From my experience the cancellation shows up immediately after it has been cancelled. That's how people coordinate their cancellations with other people. They both pick a time where they will both be either on the phone or at their computers so that when the person cancels their ADR, the other person can immediately grab it before someone else does.
