Cancellations?

Hi everyone. We are heading to Disney on march 10-16. My step-sister and her family were supposed to join us (in their own room), but now it looks like they have to cancel. She has paid off a portion of the trip but not all of it. How long before we go can she cancel without penalty? And what about ADRS? I booked everything for everyone on my credit cards. Thanks!

If she has a package, 45 days before arrival.

You should change the number of people on your ADR's.
