Cancellations?

I am going to a conference at the Yacht and Beach Club that starts on 8/15. I tried to get an early arrival of Monday the 13th but was only able to get Tuesday at the Yacht and Beach Club. I currently have a reservation for Monday night at POR but would rather not switch hotels for one night.

I was told I could call back to see if any rooms opened up for Monday night but, when is the best time/day to call to see if there are any cancellations?

If it were me I would be calling everyday and several times a day

I would to, except I'm stuck in Copenhagen at the moment and it's very expensive to call. I will be doing that when I get home this weekend.

it could happen any time really.

i do have to say that i checked with disney and a couple of other vendors and my best advice to you right now is make sure you book SOMETHING, because there doesn't seem to be much available on site for 8/13 at this point, let alone B&YC
