Cancellation?

We have a stay booked starting next Monday the 20th. Everything I’ve read says members do not have to cancel, that it will be cancelled for us. When does this happen? I would have thought today, being a week out. Anyone know?

I had a reservation starting 19th April. I have just checked and it has been cancelled. Points are currently sitting in 2019 year though, not returned to 2020 yet!

Thanks for the response. I just checked again and the reservation is gone. The points were returned to 2020.
