Cancellation ?

Does the cancellation fee for reservations start 24 hours before your reservation? Or do you have to cancel by say midnight the night before? Thanks everyone

The night before. That said, canceling at the point you're sure you won't instead of waiting for the last minute gives someone else a shot of picking it up.

Absolutely, it's very easy to cancel. Just have one or two that we may not know until after the 24 hr window. I do want folks to have an opportunity to get the ressie I have to cancel.

Also, it's not unheard of for the online system to go down - hence don't wait too long and assume the system will be there to take your cancellation. (Speaking from experience.)
