Cancellation policy?

I have two resort reservations, both are room only. One was made by me and the other was made by my TA (on a bounce back offer). Can anyone tell me what the cancellation policy is? We totaled our car on Friday and might not be able to afford this vacation now.

You can cancel up to 5 days before arrival and get all your funds back.

Thanks. There will always be another Disney vacation, we are just kind-of in the weeds now, especially with the holidays coming up. DH and I are the travelers, and it's not a parks-trip, so... Just considering our options.

If you cancel the bb you completely lose the promotion. You can modify for a future date so you don’t lose it. I understand if you don’t want to keep the deposit tied up right now though. Five days for room only is the current cancellation policy BUT I believe that starting in 2025 the room-only will increase to 8 days prior.
