cancellation policy on room only ressie?

Does anyone know the cancellation policy for a room only ressie with disney? I will be modifying to stay with friends for part of our trip. Thanks!

If you made your resv. via Disney Travel on the phone: A full refund of your deposit as long as you cancel no less then five days prior to your arrival date.

For room only reservations. That is the correct cancellation policy. You can make modifications at any time prior to your arrival without penalty,subject to availability.
