cancellation policy on packages?

I'm thinking about getting the package with dining for March. Does anyone know the cancellation policy?

Packages booked through Walt Disney Travel Company are fully refundable if cancelled more than 45 days before arrival. If cancelled between 6 and 44 days a $100 fee is charged. If cancelled 5 days or less, a $200 fee is charged. This assumes no airfare is included.
