What is the cancellation policy on a room only reservation?

That’s awful… I’ve had an experience where I Had to cancel for medical. I was Very fortunate and the CM was extra kind, and said she’d seen I’d been on property many times and things do happen. I got a full refund and I was floored when she told me. Perhaps with so many covid cancels they are just being stricter?!
regardless, you cancelled so whatever the reason, I hope you ll be able to re schedule ur visit and get Some Xtra Pixie Dust That visit.

Having credit for the Tix Irks me, but Is what it is… better than losing the money totally.

It is always better to modify than outright cancel so you don't lose your deposit.

I tried to make room only reservations, but the CM said he had to make it a package. I recently cancelled and was able to get all $400 ($200 from each room) back.

Not sure when you tried to make the room only with a CM but I made mine online.
