Cancellation policy for Hoop De Doo?

We have reservations for 8 at the Hoop De Doo, Aug.7 at 5:00PM, not all of us will be able to attend. How far in advance to we need to let them know of a cancellation, unsure yet as of exact number that will be able to be there.

Never mind I called and was told it was 48 hours.

We have never had an issue with Hoop even up until show time. I would make sure I gave them a head count within the 48 hours so you have an accrate count, but if it comes down to it they are usually really good if another bails out prior to the show.
