Cancellation policy for DLP hotels?

I am waffling between using DVC points or booking a room the old fashioned way. The dates aren't available yet using DVC points anyway. I am wondering what the cancellation policy is for the Disney hotels, I did some searching and couldn't find the answer.

If you look at the e brochure for the US in the T7C's it will state the cancellation policy. I would tell you but I think it is different for all countries like the booking process.
