We're booking a character meal, but in the event our son decides he's terrified of characters, we'd like the option to cancel. What's the policy to cancel breakfast at Surf's Up? I'm on hold right now with Disney dining, but I'm also calling the week before Christmas and they're experiencing a "high volume" of calls. Not sure how long I want to wait!!
