Cancellation Policies for WBC

Hi,

I currently have reservations for my family of 5 at Caribe Royale in August and am considering changing to WBC. Just wondering what kind of cancellation policies most of the renters have - I have a good price through 5 Star Resorts, but haven't seen alot of reviews on here about them, so I'm thinking of waiting till my 60 day mark and booking with Ken and Denise. I am always worrying about the worst happending so of course I'm already thinking that someone will get sick/break a bone, whatever, and we'll have to cancel.

Owners renting out their points (like 5 star and Ken and Denise), cannot get their points back on a cancellation made at 15 or less days out. Therefore, most will require cancellation at > than 15 days.

Timeshare rentals can get you a great place to stay cheap, but they will not be as flexible as going with a "regular" resort.
