Cancellation Policies for Luau and Dining Reservaions

Does anyone know them?

Also, how early can I book the Luau? I have been able to book dining reservations for this July but no Luau. I can't tell whehter it's because the Luau is completely booked or whether the reservations haven't even opened yet. (I find Disney's website horrible.)

You can book the Luau and dining reservations at Ama Ama and Makahiki 180 days in advance so it's too early to book the Luau. Booking is easy - just go to the dining tab, click on the picture for the Ka'Wa'A Luau, select general or VIP, and search your dates/ You have 48 hours from the date of the Luau to cancel and get a refund (you pay for the Luau at the time of booking). Usually the cancellation policy is listed on the website in the section "Know Before You Go" but a quick phone call to the number listed will provide the information you need. For the other two restaurants, it is more of being courteous and calling to cancel or doing it online under the Dining tab, "find or change reservation". Aulani doesn't take payment at the time of booking or credit card hold for Ama Ama or Makahiki restaurants.

I checked online and July is available to book if you want to try again.

I was able to book today. Have to pay in full now, but when you get the confirmation it says can cancel up to 48 hours in advance for refund.
