Cancellation on room only

Does anyone know what the cancellation policy is for a room only for 1 night?

You must cancel 6 days or more prior, otherwise you lose your deposit.

Room only reservations have a 5 day cancellation policy.
Packages have a 45 day cancellation policy.

Ok it's for one night and I paid for the whole thing already so would I loose the entire amount of the room?

Yes, if you do not cancel 5 days prior to arrival It's really 6 the way they count it back)

The cancellation policy is explained at the time the reservation is made and again on the written reservation.

I have reservations for tomorrow night and I already paid for it. But there is a chance I don't need the room so if I was to cancel it tonight do you know if I would lose the entire amount or just get penalized? The room is $360.
I looked on the reservation but it doesnt tell you how much.

I have had to make a last minute cancellation and they refunded me my entire amount. I had pre-paid POR and had to cancel 2 days before I was due. I think it depends on what your "excuse" is.
