We booked a port adventure for our cruise next week. Now I've injured my knee and am not sure whether I'll be up to climbing on and off the bus (the required walking won't be a problem). Today is our last day to cancel, but I'm not sure whether I really need to cancel or not. What is the penalty for canceling if I wait until we're on board to decide? Do we forfeit the full price?

This is the official policy (https://disneycruise.disney.go.com/guest-services/port-adventures-desk/):
You may cancel your Port Adventure booking up to 3 days prior to the cruise departure date. After that time, all reservations are final and non-refundable. All prices are subject to change without notice.

If you think you can do the excursion but change your mind while onboard, you can talk to the shore excursion desk about cancelling. If there's a wait list and there is someone else onboard who can take your place, you may be able to get a refund, but this is not guaranteed.

Yes. Above is correct. If you cancel onboard and there is a waitlist, you will get a refund. If there isn’t a waitlist, no refund. Have had both scenarios happen since Covid.

What excursion did you book ? Maybe the people who have done can help
It’s from Progreso, the Scenic Photo Tour and Foodie Experience (PGO19) in Merida. I think I’ll be okay, just wondering about options.
