Canceling Cruise?

Whilst on the Magic at Christmas we booked a cruise for 2006. It seemed a good idea at the time as we got 10% discount and $200 room credit. however, now we are home and worked out our holiday plans it looks like being 2008 before we will get the chance to take the cruise (just booked any date to get in the system with the intention of changing to the following year once it was released).
It now seems a long way away to tie up $750 (especially with the credit card bill for Christmas coming in!!!) .

I assume we are entitled to our deposit back, but not sure how to go about cancelling. We did say that DU was our TA when we booked, but have not heard from them.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

First call dcl directly..if you haven't contaced DU to pick up the reservation.

It can take up to 8 weeks to get your money back..so keep on top of them.
 
Mailed DU last night as we had put them down as TA but not heard from them. The spoke to DCL who confirmed they had DU noted and allowed them to cancel the cruise on our behalf, and that we should we receive the credit to our card in due course.
