Canceling ADR's made online

Is there a trick to this? I can't retrieve any of the bookings I have made online myself over the last few days. I've tried the reservation numbers for each along with my phone number that I used when I made the booking (the mobile) but cant get any of them up. I now have a duplicate reservation I need to cancel and no access to a phone here at work to ring internationally to cancel it. Help.

It will let you cancel on-line, I've done it on two reservations when we had to change the number in the party drastically and book different places. So keep trying...I have found that about 50% of the time when I put in my restaurant confirmation number & my phone number it comes up with the red message about unable to retrieve. Then an hour later, put it in again & there it is. Can't see any rhyme or reason...some will come up, some won't and then next time they'll all come up...or none will come up.

don't know if this might help, but when I booked online this morning- initially I gave my home phone number but when I went to retrieve my reservations to look at for some reason it only took my cell phone number, which they must have on file with my login because I don't even remember giving it to them...Is there any other phone number they might have with your information, if so- try that phone number. just an idea...

Theres no other possible number it could have. Its not linked to a room reservation as we are staying offsite. I used the mobile number as it asked for the number we could be contacted on whilst at WDW. I guess I will try again in an hour or so. I just hope it doesn't cancel both of them out because it is a duplicate. I've made several ADR's over the last few days and can't get any of them up. With the one I want to cancel, I found a time 15minutes earlier so took that and then went straight to cancel the original.
