It’s a glitch. I’ve had the same issue since the end of September for reservations in November. I’ve asked multiple times in the chat on the app for help. Nothing ever gets resolved. They finally gave me a phone number.
“I have re-submitted the cancelation request for both reservations. If you continue to see them, please call Guest Information and Ticket Sales at 714-781-4636.”
I need to call now but am dreading being on hold for hours. I just want to make sure my reservations are cancelled so I don’t get charged a no show fee.
